Prep Like A Pro Membership – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Prep Like A Pro – a monthly membership designed to support your child’s English 11+ preparation with expert guidance, engaging resources, and a structured plan.

1. What’s Included

​

As a member, you’ll receive:

​

• 5 exclusive video tutorials each month (Comprehension, Creative Writing, Punctuation, Spelling/Grammar, and Vocabulary)

• A brand new English practice paper every month

• A live Zoom webinar (with a replay available)

• Bonus resources and members-only perks

 

All content is accessed via your secure Members Area on our website. You will receive login details once your membership begins.

 

2. Payments & Billing

​

• The monthly membership fee is £20 per month for founding members who join before 31 July 2025.

• From 1 August 2025, the price will increase to £30 per month for new sign ups.

• Payment is taken automatically each month on the same calendar day you signed up.

• Payments are securely processed via our website provider.

 

3. Cancellations

​

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings.

• Once cancelled, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

• After that, your access to the Members Area (including videos, downloads and live events) will end.

• Due to the digital nature of the content, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused content.

 

4. Founding Member Offer

​

Founding members who sign up before 31 July 2025 will lock in the £20/month rate for as long as they remain subscribed. If you cancel and rejoin at a later date, the new monthly price will apply.

 

5. Personal Use Only

​

Your membership is for individual household use only. Please do not share your login or distribute any materials outside your immediate family.

 

All videos, worksheets, and downloads are the intellectual property of Prep Like A Pro. Copying, reselling, or sharing these materials (in full or in part) without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Live Webinar Access

​

Live sessions will be held once a month (you’ll be notified of the dates in advance). If you’re unable to attend live, a recording will be made available inside the Members Area.

 

7. Changes to the Membership

​

We may occasionally update the content, format, or features of the membership to better serve our community. If any significant changes are made, we will notify you via email.

We also reserve the right to change the membership price in future – but we’ll always give you plenty of notice and ensure founding member benefits are honoured.

 

8. Disclaimer

Prep Like A Pro provides high-quality educational resources designed to support your child’s English 11+ preparation. However, success in exams depends on a range of individual factors. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Parents remain responsible for overseeing their child’s learning and ensuring that the materials are used appropriately.
